Clare Fletcher
I am a business partner at Frontline Safety Training Ltd, working alongside Tony to deliver high-quality, practical safety training. I have over five years’ experience in training delivery and hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification, CAVA Assessor Award, and FREC 3 and FREC 4 qualifications.
I have a genuine passion for teaching and take pride in delivering engaging, hands-on training that builds confidence and real-world skills. Alongside commercial training, I also enjoy supporting local scout groups, helping young people achieve their first aid, fire safety, and water activity badges by attending their weekly sessions.
My passion for first aid began at a very young age—I was just seven years old when I started attending the training sessions my mum delivered for her workplace. That early exposure inspired a lifelong commitment to helping others stay safe and prepared.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two children, who are my world, and owner of a very energetic dog called Coco and two guinea pigs called Patch and Nugget. I love getting outdoors and spending my free time climbing and hiking across the UK, always looking for the next adventure.
